Giveaways T&Cs:
- Eligibility: The giveaways is open to all customers except employees of Gaproc Media, their immediate family members, and anyone professionally connected with the organisation.
- Entry Method: Participants must follow the entry instructions as detailed in the giveaway announcement.
- Selection Process: Winners will be chosen at random from all eligible entries received by the closing date.
- Prize Details: Prizes are as stated and no cash or other alternatives will be offered. Prizes are not transferable.
- Notification: Winners will be notified via email/phone within 2 weeks of the closing date.
- Claiming Prize: Winners must claim their prize within 2 weeks. Failure to claim within this time period may result in disqualification and selection of an alternate winner.
- Publicity: Winners may be required to participate in publicity related to the giveaway which may include the publication of their name and photograph in any media.
- Data Protection and Privacy: Any personal data relating to participants will be used solely in accordance with current SA data protection legislation and will not be disclosed to a third party without the entrant’s prior consent.
Specials T&Cs:
- Geographical Limitation: Specials are primarily available in Gauteng, Durban and Cape Town. Installations in these areas will be conducted by a certified installer.
- Other Regions: For customers outside these areas, installations may still be possible but will require prior confirmation based on the availability of certified installers in the region.
- Installation: All installations must be performed by a Gaproc Media approved installer to ensure quality and meet warranty requirements.
- Availability: Specials are subject to availability and may be withdrawn or amended without notice.
- Pricing: Prices are as stated and are exclusive of VAT. Additional costs for installation or travel may apply, especially for locations outside the main service areas.
- Acceptance: By taking advantage of the specials, customers are deemed to have accepted and agreed to be bound by these terms and conditions.
